The room was spacious and had beautiful decorations. I found the bed comfortable and the shower and bathroom excellent. A little kitchenette was a welcome addition and having a fridge was great. The online staff were super responsive and amazingly helpful.
I noticed very little sound insulation between the rooms.

the room was spotlessly clean and i found a nice big shower with toiletries provided which i loved the bed was comfy with high quality bed linen i had great communication with owners i had easy access via the key code provided it was an excellent location just a short walk into town.
the main issue i saw was the parking situation i found on arrival parking stated to be 'first come first served' it was not part of the hotel this added costs because we had to find alternative parking.

the room included tea and coffee facilities along with a kettle i noticed complimentary biscuits were a lovely touch providing an enjoyable start to each morning i had there.

Fantastic Stay Near the Park

The location was excellent. It provided easy access to the hotel lobby and the warm, inviting room. Parking was also convenient along the cinder track. The room included tea, coffee, and biscuits (such a treat!). the bed was comfortable with quality sheets and soft towels. The whole place felt clean.
I noticed very little sound insulation. Noise from adjoining rooms was clear and somewhat disturbing. I could hear every move and cough from nearby rooms.

The response via text was immediate, polite, and helpful. Clear communication with the host was very helpful, especially because some maintenance occurred . I greatly appreciated their responsiveness.
